Corona Virus Related

  • We can offer a full refund only in the cases where

    • the government has totally banned travel from the departure country or Spain has banned arrivals.

  • Refunds are given only when travel is deemed impossible by government authorities and/or restrictions and is not applicable to circumstances requiring a quarantine period on your return or your further travel or extra testing requirements.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for any additional travel costs related to corona virus related cancellation. We would highly recommend getting comprehensive travel insurance cover.

  • You are responsible for checking the entry requirements to Spain from your country of departure. If you are stopped from travelling due to not meeting the requirements you will not be eligible for a refund or a transfer. You will be able to arrive later once you have the correct paperwork in order.

  • If you are experiencing corona virus symptoms seek your country’s official government advice. If you test positive we can transfer your deposit to another course.

  • An official medical letter with accompanying proof of positive covid-19 test will be necessary to obtain the course transfer.

  • We cannot accept any responsibility if you catch covid-19 during the training. As per our normal terms and conditions we require that you have travel insurance or equivalent.

Payment and Refunds

  • 50% deposit on retreats and trainings to be paid in full for your place to be reserved

  • The further 50% to be paid by cash on arrival

  • Deposit and course payments non-refundable, but transferable to another course or person if notice is given 4 weeks before the start date of your retreat or course. If less notice is given your deposit will be lost. Please see Corona related above.

  • This includes all unexpected life events for example sudden injury, pregnancy, work commitments etc to name a few examples. Within the 4 weeks before the course start date costs already have been incurred.  

  • The price is the exact amount to be received by us, irrespective of fluctuations in currency and irrespective of any third party transfer charges. 

  • If your bank is outside of the EU please use a service like transferwise else we may have to add a surcharge of 15 euros, which is what our bank charges us for bank to bank transfers outside of the EU. We will only charge this if our bank does.

During your stay

  • Passport/I.D documents to be presented on arrival, as required by Spanish law

  • Students should be in good health and have a good level of physical fitness before signing onto the course. It is the students responsibility to look after themselves and their physical and mental health during their stay.  

  • All activities, food and drink off site is at the expense of the guest. 

  • Wild Warrior Yoga is not responsible for your travel. 

  • Check in time is after 1pm and check out time is before midday. We are flexible regarding this, do get in contact so we can accommodate you. 

  • Wild Warrior Yoga cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables. 

  • We require that you have travel insurance and your travel insurance covers the activity of this retreat as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses, and all the usual risks. 

  • You should bring the policy with you in the case of an emergency. 

  • If a students behavior is unacceptable or abusive towards staff or other students we reserve the right to remove you from the premises without a refund. To see Wild Warrior Yoga’s code of conduct guidelines please send us a message and we will send it over :) 

  • If you have booked shared accommodation and are a noisy sleeper or are disturbing the stay of the other guests you will be required to change rooms at your own cost. We, therefore, ask you to think carefully when booking shared accommodation if you snore or are a very light sleeper.
