Catherine Truscott

From a very early age, Catherine has always been drawn to the spiritual arts, from sound to movement to communing with the earth. Throughout her life and career this has always been her central motivation and inspiration.

She started her journey in the professional dance world and trained at the Laban Centre for Movement and Dance in London. Here she was able to train not only her physical body but explore the rich spiritual offerings and teaching centers that London had to offer. Then for ten years she taught dance in colleges and schools. She then retrained in Pilates and many other somatic movement and breathwork practices. Eventually shifting all together to dedicate her life’s work to sharing her knowledge in the field of energy healing.

In 2012 she started to create a movement meditation technique, integrating sacred geometry, breath, light and movement. Distilling her many years of learning and practice into a powerful technique to share with others. Creating pathways of light into the body and biofield.

Morwenna Truscott

Morwenna discovered Ashtanga Yoga whilst training as a dancer at The Laban Centre in London, it soon became apart of her life, developing alongside her career as a dance teacher, eventually over taking it all together. Drawing from her dance background and yoga experience, she teaches flowing Vinyasa Classes with creative transitions and dynamic sequencing. Imaginative cueing allows her students to gain greater insight into their individual body alignments and develop a deeper awareness of their own physicality.

In 2014 she began assisting and leading yoga teacher training courses in Goa, India. During this time she was able to refine her teaching skills, train with great teachers in Mysore and immerse herself into the study and practice of both Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy, whichare still an important influences in her life and teaching to this day. Especially Ayurvedic diet and routine. She feels that Yoga and Ayurveda together form a complete approach for optimal health, vitality and higher awareness that can lead to greater transformation in your practice, your health and your awareness of others. Just like yoga it is a lifelong learning process that is only improved through practice and experience.

Teachers, yoga, people and podcasts of all kinds continue to inspire and fuel the development of her practice, teaching and exploration of yoga.
